1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web application, REST APIs, or document utilities offered by PDFtoMore (operated by Lucebra Limited, "Lucebra", "we", or "us"), you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision within this agreement, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.

2. Permitted Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use PDFtoMore solely for legitimate, lawful document management, conversion, editing, and enhancement purposes. You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Upload or process documents containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious active scripts.
• Upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent daily or monthly task counters and rate limits (including Free tier quotas of 3 tasks/day and 25 tasks/month) via proxy networks or automated headless scripts.
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or vulnerability stress-testing against PDFtoMore infrastructure without explicit written permission from Lucebra Limited.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of all files, text, vector paths, and metadata uploaded to or created within PDFtoMore. Lucebra Limited claims no ownership, title, copyright, or moral rights over your documents. We process files solely as instructed by your browser session in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

PDFtoMore provides both Free and premium Subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes 3 tasks per day and 25 tasks per month, standard file compression and conversion, and 25MB maximum file size.
• Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited document conversions, up to 2GB file sizes, full AI intelligence tools (Magic OCR, AI Summary, Multilingual Translation), priority queueing, and multi-file batch processing.
• Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time via your Subscription Management dashboard. Access remains active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
• 14-Day Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Pro plan purchase, you may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your initial charge by contacting letstalk@lucebra.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While PDFtoMore utilizes state-of-the-art PDF engines ensuring maximum conversion fidelity, we advise all users to retain local backups of original files. In no event shall Lucebra Limited or its officers be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from document corruption, data loss, or server unavailability.

6. Governing Law & Corporate Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
